What is the Energy Enhancement System?

Sessions take place in a room while relaxing in a comfortable chair where you can recline and relax. The soothing energy field permeates and recharges the cellular membrane potential of each cell back to its healthy range of between 70 and 90 millivolts. Thanks to this increase in charge, the cells improve their potential to expel anything that is no longer needed, and your whole system can reorganise to a higher level of function.

While there might be others in the room with you, we encourage you to take the time to focus on yourself. Ambient music will set the tone to surrender yourself and relax. Your cell phone should be switched off and locked in your private locker with other personal belongings. Please don't bring valuable belongings with you. If you need to receive an important call, please arrange with someone else who can assist you or with us before your session. Ringing and vibrating phones are a disturbance to you and others. Maximise your experience by being prepared.

Sessions range from 2 hours to 4 hours or more. Depending on your personal situation and desired results, it is suggested that you visit several times a week initially and then as often as you can. Some people experience life-transforming results in one session. Still, it is not possible to predict how your body will respond, and it is therefore advisable to give it enough energy and time to heal itself.

Most people fall asleep within 10 minutes of entering the system, so coming and knowing that this is a place where you can relax and rest is essential. Our loving staff will be available to you before and after the session if you have any questions.

Important reminders:

*Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

*Please turn your cell phone totally off and leave it in your locker. We may forget an alarm is set, disturbing everyone's session. For this reason, we require cell phones to be turned completely off. Thank you for your kind cooperation!

*No food consumption in the room, only water.

*Please refrain from wearing perfume. Some people are very sensitive to perfume, which could cause severe irritation and discomfort. Perfume can also trigger past traumas or emotions. Therefore, we ask you to please not wear any.

*Please enter and exit the building quietly. Soft voices are kindly requested.

*Please refrain from reorganising the furniture; if you need assistance, a team member will gladly help you.

*Please be mindful not to come near or touch the EESsystem monitors. The screen towers are precisely aligned to create the field.

*There are no "best seats" in the room. The whole room is filled with energy, and you will get all the benefits anywhere in the room. Get comfortable, relax and focus on yourself.

*Through curiosity, you might want to watch the monitors and their interesting patterns, but we recommend you close your eyes and block out external stimuli.

The most important thing you can do to maximise your session's benefits is to take a whole-body salt bath. Use 2 Cups of salt (Himalayan, Celtic, or Sea Salt only), 2 Cups Baking Soda and 1 Cup of Borax in a warm bath for 20-30 minutes.

It is ideal to do this bath right after your session. If you cannot do it immediately afterwards, within 24 hours is sufficient. It is suggested that you continue these baths for the next 5 days after your session.

Questions:

1. Will swimming in the ocean give the same benefits?

No, the bath water, being warm, opens the pours and lets what needs to leave exit the body.

2. Will Epsom salt work?

No. While Epsom salts are therapeutic, they do not serve the same function in this case.

3. What if I do not have a tub?

You can use a foot bath with the salts to achieve similar results. Ideally, the legs

are submerged from the knee down, but if that is not possible, simply placing the feet in warm water with the detox mixture is still effective. Soak 20-30 minutes.

Detox baths remove toxins and heavy metals from the body. If you don't detox, some toxins will go back into your bloodstream and the body again. Apart from the detox bath, there are other dietary recommendations to ensure you get rid of the toxins in your body. Unfortunately, toxins are everywhere - food, water, air, medicines, etc. We consume toxins daily, so it is essential to remove them periodically.

Toxins tend to stick to the colon and intestines while the other stuff moves out. The buildup of these toxins can have many negative effects on the body. It can stop nutrients from being absorbed, cause weight gain, and lead to various diseases, including colon cancer.

How Does fibre Help?

Eating more fibre will put those toxins where they belong … the toilet bowl, not your intestines. It does this by grabbing a hold of these toxins and pulling them out through elimination. If you’re eating the amount you should every day, you’re preventing the build-up of toxins. Studies also show that people who eat more fibre tend to be leaner and are less likely to gain weight over time.

There are actually two types of fibre. Each type performs a unique function. It is important to consume both types of fibre for optimal results.

What are the functions of each type of fibre?

Insoluble fibre:

Insoluble fibre does not absorb or dissolve in water. It travels through the intestines completely intact, encouraging the speedy elimination of stool and toxins from your system. Insoluble fibre offers many benefits to intestinal health, including a reduction in the risk of colon cancer and a decrease in the occurrence of hemorrhoids and constipation.

Healthy sources of insoluble fibre:

• zucchini

• broccoli

• cabbage

• onions

• tomatoes

• dark leafy vegetables - kale, spinach, rocket, lettuce

• root vegetable skins - beet, radish, parsnips/turnips

Soluble Fiber:

Soluble fibre is “soluble” in water, meaning it dissolves in water. When mixed with water, it forms a gel-like substance and swells. Soluble fibre has many benefits, including moderating blood glucose levels and lowering cholesterol. It delays the emptying of your stomach, helping you feel fuller for longer.

Psyllium is one of the best ways to get rid of toxins.

Cells in the human body, when functioning at their optimal level, maintain an energetic charge in a range between -70 to -90 millivolts. Aging and dis-ease occur when the cellular charge drops to levels below this range (with the current state of the world, the majority of the population has cells functioning well below this range). Every cell has a crystalline structure that is capable of holding a charge. The non-linear (scalar) waves move through the matrix of the body via the crystalline structures within each cell, and this charge held by these crystalline cell structures begins the process of increasing the cell’s millivolt energy range to promote cellular regeneration.
